Smith Plaza has been a fixture in the Arcadia community for decades. Founded in the 1950s by Eugene & Billie Smith, the corner of Second Street & Cypress Street has been the home of several well-known family-owned business, including; SMITH MOBILE HOMES – Park & Sales, and ROAD SHOW MOTORS – Used Cars-Trucks.

Most recently, the plaza has and is receiving an infusion of new investments by All in One Property Management LLC, lead by current owner and daughter Sheri Smith Taylor, and assisted by her spouse Albert Taylor. Sheri & Al are both Licensed Real Estate Agents.
